1. Shipping Methods:
The preferred shipping carriers for NotecardStudio.com Holiday are the United States Postal Service (USPS -www.usps.com)and United States Parcel (UPS - www.ups.com). Orders shipping to P.O. box address can only be shipped through USPS, while orders shipping via UPS must have an address that contains a street address.
2. Ship Times:
Orders shipped via USPS take approximately 2-4 Days for delivery. However, the delivery time is not
guaranteed.
With all orders you will be sent and an e-mail with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. Expedited Shipping:
If your order needs to be expedited you can select to ship either UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or
UPS 3rd Day Select. The cost is determined by the size of your order and the distance from our location
in Oregon to the order destination address.
4. Delivery:
A signature will be required at delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your order. If you will not be
available
for a signature you may contact your local service station to have the package held for pickup.
5. Cancellation & Return Policy:
There is a $25 cancellation fee once your order is submitted. Your order is guaranteed to be free from
defects in
workmanship. We will replace orders at no charge if it is determined that we caused an error
or for poor quality in
workmanship. We strongly recommenced that you review the e-proof your order
carefully. What you approve is what
we send to the printer. We will not except any returns that are
printed to your approved specifications.
