1. We are very confident in our ability to provide you with beautiful holiday photo cards in a timely manner.
From the time we receive your order our proof processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your proof is approved
your order will ship within 2-3 business days. Our business days run Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm PST. If an
order is placed after 5 PM the following day is counted as Day 1.
Orders will be sent either via USPS Priority Mail or
UPS Standard Ground, depending on the size and destination of the order. Orders are shipped from our location

2. Yes, the price per holiday card does decrease as you order larger quantities.
The price you see updates automatically so you know right away what price you’ll be paying.
To view the price as you go click on 'Checkout Now' your price will be reflected along with shipping
so you know exactly where you are at with your budget.

6. Yes, we email an 'eProof' PDF of your order to the email address you provide before your order prints. The first two eProofs are complementary, after that, if additional eProofs are needed, a $10 per additional proof fee will be added. The order screen also shows you a real-time preview of your color and selected picture, you should view your order as a final product before you submit.
If you wish to receive an actual printed ensemble of your order for previewing, a charge of $25.00 will apply. back to top
7. The screen resolution of most monitors ranges from 72‐96 dpi, while our products are printed at a minimum of 600dpi.
The image you see on your screen is only a close approximation of how it will print, and will not actually print blurry. back to top

9. We guarantee our work to be free from defects in workmanship. If any products are flawed due to our error,
we will promptly replace them. We request that you very carefully proof your order, as we cannot accept returns

10. We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
If your order has not been processed we will gladly give you a complete refund. If your order has been processed a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. back to top
11. Yes, your address can be printed on the back flap of the mailing envelope for an additional $0.29/each.
The font will match the font used on your holiday card. Please leave the address tho be printed in the commet box

13. In order for your pictures to print clearly we require a high resolution photo of at least 300 dpi(dots/inch). back to top
14. We aplogize for some glitches you might experience within the design studio. If you have a problem uploading images or with the placement of your photos please still proceed with your order. Design the text to your liking and e-mail in your photo to orders@notecardstudio.com. Once your photo is received we will use it to develop your proof. back to top
15. You may submit a maximum of 2 additional photos to us via email once you've submitted your order online. Additional photos cost a fee of $5 per photo. Once we recieve your email with your additional photos, one of our designers will place it on your holiday card for you and send you an eProof to review before your order will print. Please send your photos to orders@notecardstudio.com along with the full name that the order is placed under. back to top |
